How COREcollab Works

From sign-up to your first confirmed deal — everything you need to know before creating your account.

Step 01

Sign Up & Verify Your Email

Go to corecollab.org and click "I'm a Creator". Enter your email and create a password. After signing up, check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the verification email — it's sent immediately.

💡 Use the same email you use for your social platforms to make verification smoother.

Step 02

Complete Your Creator Profile

Walk through our onboarding wizard to build your profile. Add your platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.) with links and follower counts, content niche, bio, location, languages, demographics, skills, and portfolio items showcasing past brand work.

💡 The more complete your profile, the higher you rank in brand searches. Add every platform you post on — even smaller ones count.

Step 03

Activate Your Membership ($4.97/month)

Creator membership is $4.97/month via secure Stripe checkout. This gives you full access to campaigns, direct brand messaging, and all platform tools. You can cancel anytime — no long-term commitment.

💡 One brand deal typically covers months of membership. Think of it as a career investment.

Step 04

Get Manually Verified

Our team reviews your profile to confirm you're a real creator with an active, authentic audience. This typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll receive a notification once approved. No bots, no fake followers — this protects the integrity of the platform for everyone.

💡 Make sure your social links actually point to your profiles before submitting. Broken or private links will delay approval.

Step 05

Get Discovered & Browse Campaigns

Once verified, your profile appears in brand searches. Brands can find you by platform, niche, follower count, demographics, and more. You can also browse active brand campaigns on the job board and apply directly to ones you're interested in.

💡 Keep your profile updated — our AI refreshes your stats periodically, but you can always manually update your follower counts and add new portfolio work.

Step 06

Message Brands Directly

When a brand reaches out (or you apply to their campaign), you'll communicate directly in your Inbox. Discuss scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation — entirely on your terms. No middleman, no one taking a cut of your deal.

💡 Be clear and professional in your first message. Brands appreciate creators who communicate their value upfront.

Step 07

Agree to a Deal (Lock It In)

Once you and the brand have settled on terms in the Inbox, you'll both formally confirm the agreement using the agreement button. This creates a documented record in your Deliverables dashboard with all the details — project name, compensation, deadline, and brand notes.

💡 Never start work before the agreement is formally confirmed in the platform. Both parties need to click agree for it to be officially documented.

Step 08

Claim Your Vanity URL

Once verified, set your custom profile URL in your Profile settings — e.g. corecollab.org/c/yourname. This is your permanent creator link you can share anywhere: your Instagram bio, YouTube about page, TikTok profile, or email signature. Brands who click it land directly on your COREcollab profile.

💡 Keep it short and match your social handle. Your vanity URL is a key part of your personal brand on the platform.

Step 09

Refer Friends & Earn Free Membership

Every creator gets a unique referral code found in the Membership tab. Share it with other creators — when they subscribe, you earn free membership months. Refer brands that fund their first campaign and earn platform credits. Hit referral milestones to unlock badges like "Referral Champion" and even Lifetime Membership.

💡 Share your referral link on TikTok, Instagram Stories, or in creator Discord servers. One solid post can earn you months of free membership.

Step 10

Track Everything in Deliverables

Your Deliverables dashboard shows every active deal organized by stage: Pending (waiting on response), In Negotiation (active conversation), and Active Agreement (locked in). Use this to stay on top of deadlines and deliverables.

💡 Check your Deliverables tab daily. Brands appreciate creators who are proactive about communication and deadlines.
